Laughter is one of the fastest ways to create connection, release stress and shift energy within a group. It brings people out of their heads and into a shared, positive experience.
2. What happens during a session?
Sessions combine guided laughter exercises, breathing techniques and light movement. No jokes or comedy — just real, contagious laughter in a safe and engaging format.
3. How many people can join?
From small teams to large groups of 100+ participants. The format is always adapted to the group size and context.
4. What kind of space is required?
A spacious, well-ventilated room where participants can move freely. Creating the right atmosphere is key to the experience.
5. How long does a session last?
Standard sessions last around 60 minutes. Shorter energisers (15–30 minutes) or longer workshops can be tailored to your needs.
6. What are the rates and terms?
Each session is tailored to your organisation, objectives and group size. A clear proposal with pricing and practical details is provided upon request.
7. In which languages are sessions available?
Sessions are delivered fluently in English and French, and adapted to international audiences.
8. Do participants need experience or specific clothing?
No experience is needed. Comfortable clothing is recommended, but no sportswear is required.
