Welcome to Smile at Work! By using our services, you agree to the terms below. We keep things simple, clear and respectful.

1. Our Services

Smile at Work offers workshops, trainings, and sessions focused on laughter and workplace well-being. Content, duration, and pricing are agreed upon in advance by email or written offer.

2. Bookings

A booking is only considered final after written confirmation from us (an email is sufficient). Verbal agreements are not binding.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are exclusive of 21% VAT.
• Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Payments are due in Ghent.
• In case of late payment, a 10% interest per started month will be charged from the due date.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, but we ask for respect regarding preparation and scheduling:

• More than 30 calendar days before the activity: €50 administrative fee per confirmed session.
• Between 15 and 30 calendar days before the activity: 50% of the total fee will be invoiced.
• Less than 15 calendar days before the activity: 100% of the total fee will be invoiced.

5. Liability

Smile at Work is not liable for any physical or material damage during or after the session. Participation is at your own responsibility.

6. Use of Images

Photos or videos may be taken during sessions for use on our website or social media. If you prefer not to appear in these, please let us know in advance.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is treated with care and will never be shared with third parties without your consent. See also our privacy policy.
