On April 26, I am organizing free laughter sessions together with Zebrastraat during Heritage Day.
During the session, we will actively engage in simple laughter and breathing exercises that encourage spontaneous and shared laughter. The approach is accessible and playful, with no pressure to perform or any prior experience required. Everyone can participate, regardless of age, experience, or sense of humor.
